Credits & Plans

One credit is consumed each time a workflow step executes. Credits are counted per step execution — not per workflow run, not per trigger.

  • Workflows — the maximum number of active workflows at once.
  • Credits / month — your included allocation, reset on each billing anniversary date.
  • Overage rate — the per-credit cost after your included allocation is exhausted.
  • Overage cap — the maximum additional charge in a single billing cycle. Workflows keep running after the cap is reached.

Go to Settings → Billing in the app to see credits used, remaining credits, overage accrued, and billing cycle dates.

Billing runs through Shopify’s subscription system. Your base plan is a fixed monthly charge. Overage is calculated at the end of each billing cycle and added as a usage charge to your Shopify invoice.

Unused credits do not roll over to the next cycle.

There is no per-plan chain depth limit. A platform-wide circuit breaker prevents runaway infinite loops regardless of plan.
